Final Design Concept to First Working Prototype -
With the final design concept signed off, the prototype build can take place.
Once again, we can assist the project at all levels within the prototyping phases. For example, we can assist by producing the required detailed CAD data for your existing prototyping in-house personnel or external providers, or we can work at a lighter level by providing more localized areas of the project, such as supplying the overall complex (aesthetic) 3D CAD geometry for other technical personnel to engineer.
The bottom line is that we are here to help at various levels in all stages of the development process. Technical challenges can emerge at any stage of the development cycle. This is especially true during the first prototype stage. Experience has shown us that it's only when you have the working product 'in your hand,' the real-world evaluation of the design can begin, & opinions from all corners of the management team & product steering groups are fully realized.
